I've decided to open up the weblog archive. At one point is was closed off except to registered members due to an incident, However, that company has since closed its doors so they can just eat it. Use the search to find something that youmight be looking for. Maybe you'll find it.

Happy Ides of March!
In modern times, the term Ides of March (Latin Idus Martiae) is best known as the date that Julius Caesar was assassinated, in 44 BC, the story of which was famously retold in William Shakespeare's play Julius Caesar. The term has come to be used as a metaphor for impending doom. (via Wikipedia)
Ahhh, yes, "impending doom". Is there any better doom?
Happy St. Patrick's Day
I hope everyone has a very Happy St. Patrick's Day

This beautiful image was uploaded to Flickr by user myelectricsheep and it's created a bit a buzz on the net (from Reddit to Digg)
To appreciate it you really do have to look at the larger sizes. It really is a stunning image that hypnotically reveals the ever efficient grid system we use for our streets. I get so frustrated when I travel to other cities that don't use the grid system. Once you learn how it works it's the best thing since sliced bread.
For reals, yo.
